Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Valid state licensure or certification in Occupational Therapy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to accurate record-keeping and timely reporting
Previous experience with school-aged children is a plus but not required

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments tailored to individual student needs
Design and deliver targeted treatment plans for a diverse student population, both one-on-one and in group settings
Monitor, document, and report on student progress, maintaining detailed and organized records
Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary colleagues to promote optimal student outcomes
Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert guidance on occupational therapy goals and interventions
Stay current on best practices, research, and techniques within the occupational therapy discipline
